    What happens if I can no longer travel?

    We want to be as clear and as honest as possible about what happens if you decide to that you no longer wish to travel on your trip. Our booking conditions have details of the costs you’ll incur when you cancel – these charges depend on how long it is before your planned departure.

    In the case of a Perú government-imposed national or local lockdown, we will cancel the trip and you will be offered a full refund or transfer of the full holiday value to another trip or departure date.

    You need to confirm your eligibility to travel before paying your Final Balance. Cancellations after this point may incur cancellation fees unless we are unable to operate the trip.

    I was travelling on a tour and it was cancelled mid-way through. What will I receive?

    You will receive a pro-rata travel credit that you can use towards another Intrepid tour that departs. This travel credit will be applied for the total number of days you did not receive and will be calculated by dividing the total cost of your tour by the number of days you did travel on your tour. You will also receive a pro-rata travel credit for post-accommodation or/and transfers you paid for.

    What happens if I booked my flights through Made In Mountain?

    If you booked your flights through us, please contact us so we can investigate the best options available to you. The options we can provide you for your flights will depend on the airline rules relevant to your airfare/s. If you booked your flights directly through the airline or a travel agent, please contact them for your tailored options.
